ADVISOR'S MESSAGE

The student staff of WAVM is deeply indebted to the many people who supported this cookbook project. Proceeds will go toward providing scholarships to WAVM's young men and women who choose to pursue a college education.

A special thank-you to WAVM's two most dedicated parents, PAM McHUGH, and FRED BAILEY. Their efforts on behalf of our young people will always be cherished. Thank-you also to the many WAVM parents and friends who submitted recipes and also helped with the typing and proofreading of the book

As you are aware, the students of WAVM are the driving force behind the station's successful radio and television operation. Their dedication and hard work have made the station what it is today, a tribute to the energy and productivity of our young people.

The staff of WAVM have chosen to dedicate this cookbook in memory of a classmate whom they lost a year ago, and who was most definitely a symbol of the courage and determination which have made the station a success...

Karen Lee MacGillivary

The WAVM Karen Lee MacGillivary scholarship is hereby established and will be awarded at the MHS graduation in June.
