"The WAVM staff is deepley indebted to the many Maynard merchants and private citizens who have given financial support over the past two years. Without their help we could not have succeeded. We would also like to thank all the local clubs and organizations for their help and support.
The WAVM Board of Directors is a group of thirteen students at Maynard High School. They are responsible for all major decisions regarding the running of the station. Mr. Magno, WAVM faculty advisor, is Chairman of the Board of Directors, whose role it is to make certain that decisions will benefit everyone.
WAVM is a ten-watt educational station run entirely by the students at Maynard High School. Its facilities are located in the library at Maynard High and are open to all interested people and groups for tours. In order to make arrangements, please call 897-5213 and aks to speak to the Community Services Director."
